- To lead HR team to perform the full spectrum of HR functions with covering countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Philippine, etc
- Formulate and implement HR related policies, procedures and practices
- Work with the various departments on talents acquisition, talent retention, training and succession planning
- Formulate compensation and incentive plans
- Enhance and manage a strong performance appraisal system that leads to high performance
- Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
- Work with the HQ’s Head of HR to ensure timely delivery of HR projects
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
- 8 years’ experience in HR and at least 5 years of experience as HR manager
- o Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws and regulations
