Project Engineer (Mechanical) ($4500-$6800/AWS/VB )

$6800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with various project stakeholders for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects in the Oil Storage
• Terminal industry
• To prepare project execution plan
• To facilitate project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting
• To assist in monitoring Engineering and Procurement progress using project control tools
• To coordinate with various project stakeholders including client, engineering, procurement departments and subcontractors
• To work in liaison with Project Manager to discuss and resolve project issues
• To prepare project progress reports on a monthly and weekly basis

Requirements

• To understand scope of works for an EPC Project in the Oil Storage Terminal industry, including the contractual requirements towards project completion.
• To prepare Minutes of Meeting involving various stakeholders (client, internal departments, business units, subcontractors etc)
• To prepare project execution plan
• To perform cost estimation to develop fundamental understanding of budget controls
