Helpdesk Engineer ( Bank environment/ $2.5k) Ref: JY

5 working days + alt Saturday (halfday)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to diagnose and provide solutions on system hardware or software issue
  • Responsible to support bank Computer system
  • Identify, escalate and resolve Client’s issue
  • Understand of products and service to assist client

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec n Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 years experience in IT technical support / Desktop support
  • Basic hardware and software knowledge
  • Experience in Bank is a plus
