Responsibilities
- Responsible to diagnose and provide solutions on system hardware or software issue
- Responsible to support bank Computer system
- Identify, escalate and resolve Client’s issue
- Understand of products and service to assist client
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec n Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience in IT technical support / Desktop support
- Basic hardware and software knowledge
- Experience in Bank is a plus
