Head of Sales ($4000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business plan and strategy for target market, executing sales action plans and strategies to ensure attainment of Company international sales goals and profitability
• Prepare action plans by for effective search for international sales leads and prospects
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans
• Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding sales performance
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins
• Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate all international shipping, distribution and delivery with warehouse and logistic departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in FMCG Industry and e-commerce are preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years overall work experience, at least 3 years at Senior Management level
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge various international cultures
• Influencing skills and ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
