Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Run or manage tests and audits of Digital Markets systems and environments, and ensure all security findings are recorded and reported regularly to the relevant stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the Digital Markets information security strategy, policies, standards, guidelines, controls and compliance functions.
• Manage and document all IT security services and risk frameworks, both internal and outsourced, to ensure regulatory compliance; and work with relevant parties to ensure effective implementation and operation of security controls.
• Develop the standards and processes required for internal audits and compliance.
• Work with relevant partners to deliver internal and external audits and assurance reviews.
• Develop security incident reporting processes and work with relevant parties to handle incidents.
• Ensure annual due diligence tests covering cyber hygiene, IS security, Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment, and third-party risk assessments are performed.
• Work with the of Digital Asset teams to implement internal security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in information and cybersecurity risk management.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
