Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Full-suite of Talent Acquisition; including managing job boards, screening applicants, interviewing & conducting job offers and onboarding of new hires.
- Drive Talent Attraction & Employer Branding initiatives to expand existing partnerships & outreach (Linkedin & Instagram, Job Portals, EDMs & Job Fairs, Outreach Initiatives etc.)
- Generate creative & current content & copywriting for our corporate Social Media pages – LinkedIn & Instagram for corporate branding.
- Participate/plan internal organisation events such as annual company D&D, Funday, CSR and workshops across the year.
- Initiate and execute ad-hoc HR projects with various stakeholders, keeping up to date with market practices
- Accelerated growth opportunities through in-house trainings & career development plan eg. soft skills and mentorship curriculum
- Everyone is enabled to take charge and lead HR initiatives
- Partake in exciting company events throughout the year such as D&D, CSR, Fun Day & workshops!
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Passionate about people, culture, and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders
- Creative & excited to drive HR initiatives
