Responsibilities
- Support the Operation Director to implement strategies and objectives to improve the operations in the Fulfilment unit
- Within fulfilment operations, manage, develop, and motivate eCommerce team members while building trust, confidence, and personnel growth
- Manage direct reports’ ongoing performance while leading change through the implementation of continuous improvement projects that meet the company’s objectives
- Using analytics and other tools, track the daily output of eCommerce fulfilment to verify that targets are met
- Maintain visibility by conducting frequent site walkthroughs and soliciting input from all fulfilment centre employees
- Responsible for overseeing all fulfilment centre activities and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with budgets and key performance indicators
- Individual who is self-motivated and is always looking for ways to improve themselves and their teams.
- Coordinate inputs for the development of quarterly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experience in fulfilment industry
- Customer-oriented
