Location: South
Responsibilities
- Daily preparation and production of bakery products
- Perform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products
- Creating new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results / experimentation
- Conceptualize and create new products according to market trend
- Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes
- To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes
- Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools
- Decorating finished products
Requirements
- Working experience in the baking industry
- Passion for baking and positive attitude
- Creative and innovative
- Highly motivated, customer-centric and able to work independently
