$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Practice effective monitoring of open PO and outstanding payment to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
- Maintaining Fixed Asset record and System Catalog
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Ensure all payments accordingly
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of Oracle System is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
