Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial activities and management information reporting requirements of local and regional based operations.
- Financial planning, preparation of forecast and annual budget, cash flow and inventory management of local and regional operations.
- Review and analyze monthly financial and management reports of the local and regional based operations.
- Formulate and manage the P&L of the manufacturing cycles of projects and accounting system.
- Support Management in formulating and reviewing financial policy, ensure maintenance of appropriate financial internal control safeguards, including review of risks and insurance matters.
- Support Management in the reporting requirements, as well as corporate secretarial matters.
- Support Management in liaising with auditors, bankers, legal advisors, tax agents and relevant governmental authorities.
- Spearheading all initiatives pertaining to the financial controls and corporate governance for the business.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with 5 years of experience in managerial position and preferably with 2 years of overseas working experience in China.
- Experienced in handling accounts in a manufacturing industry is a must.
- Preferred with experience in setting up the accounting flow via ERP software (Navision).
- Highly motivated, hands-on dynamic professional and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
