Responsibilities
- In charge of full spectrum of finance functions including timely closure of monthly accounts, statutory reporting, corporate secretarial matters and tax submissions; ensuring compliance with local as well as U.S. GAAP requirements
- Prepare monthly/quarterly expected financial performance and analyze performance for decision making and propose improvement
- Direct and control the budgeting and financial planning process
- Maintain appropriate internal compliance controls
- Supervise and provide leadership and development for the finance team and provide financial leadership to the management team
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/ ACCA / CPA certified
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience with strong hands-on exposure in a MNC
- Working experience with SAP & Hyperion is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge in Singapore GST, corporate taxation, cross border taxation and accounting standards
