Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of finance functions from monthly accounts, statutory reporting, corporate secretarial matters and tax submissions; ensuring compliance with local as well as U.S. GAAP requirements
- Lead and control the budgeting and financial planning process and analyze and interpret performance for decision making and propose improvement
- Act as Checkpoint ensuring that businesses are conducted in accordance to code of conduct for ethics, trade compliance etc
- Supervise and provide leadership and development for the finance team and provide financial leadership
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Min 5 years’ experience preferably in full cycle Audit / Finance in MNC
- Possess leadership to lead a team
- Sound understanding of the Singapore legal, financial environment
- Working experience with SAP & Hyperion is an advantage
