Location: East
Responsibilities
- Supervise and own the preparation of monthly management and financial reports
- Do consolidation of financial statements for the Group independently
- Prepare half yearly and yearly SGX annoucements to meet regulatory requirements
- Liaise and handle queries by external auditors
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for all entities
- Review internal processes and internal controls to ensure compliance
- Prepare board papers and organise AGM
- Participate and drive ad hoc projects
Requirements
- CA qualification with experience in managing full spectrum of Finance, Accounting and Tax function
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in audit or relevant field is required for this position
- Experience in corporate secretarial work is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
