$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable;
- Check sales and purchases invoices with supporting documents;
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent
- Inputting banking transactions
- Ensure all invoices are updated in the system correctly and timely;
- Data entry of AR and AP invoices to Xero;
- Review and improve the financial procedures, SOPs, internal controls and business processes
- Month end payroll
Requirements
- Diploma in administration / accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the related fields
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Xero Accounting Software
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
