$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions/control activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, income, general cashier, cost, etc
- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Standards
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and payments to customers, suppliers, etc
- Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
- Weekly cash flow reporting
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns (financial statements, etc)
- Preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. (ACCA/CPA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- IT knowledge in Accounting systems (MYOB), data-processing skills is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
