FINANCE EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including-month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting.
• knowledge of accounting standards, Taxation/ Employment Act, and statutory requirements in Singapore is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
