$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day finance operations issues like posting of bank account statements, reconciliation, sales invoices, purchase invoices
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist with timely closing of month end account and preparation of management reports
- Support the preparation of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts
- Daily bank reconciliation in Xero
- Reconcile of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Maintain fixed asset registration and depreciation
- Petty cash management
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Competent knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, google documents and proper computer literacy
- Familiar with use of Xero accounting systems is a plus
