Location: East
Transportation provided or state the nearest mrt stations
5 working days, Mon – Fri
Salary range: $3K – $3500 + AWS +VB

Responsibilities

Monthly providing AP reports and ensure coding of expenditures by team is accurate
To verify payments to vendors and prepare various schedules and reconciliation schedules
Provide audit support on preparation of auditing schedule
Prepare weekly cash flow projection to ensure operational requirements are met
Daily bank reconciliation to ensure collections are accurate and complete
Handle credit payment and verify journal vouchers for month end closing within GL module
Monitor to ensure operating bank account has sufficient funds for disbursements

Requirements

Min diploma /degree / ACCA in accounting / finance related
Min 2 years finance / accounting related experience
Proficient in MS office
Detailed and organised
