Responsibilities
- Check and verify all payment mode collection reports and General ledger (GL)
- Arrange all deposit slips for miscellaneous cash collections to be keyed to GL module
- Input of vendors’ invoices and credit note into AP system before submission to supervisors for checking and verification.
- Preparation of audit schedules and monthly revenue report
- Perform accounts reconciliation to ensure controllership
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting/ Finance /LCCI or any equivalent
- Min 1 years of experience in similar capacity
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling club members will be added an advantage
