5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on overdue account
- Print & send sales invoices / debit notes
- Keying & filing of AP invoices, bank transactions
- Preparing of payments
- Update of new employee particulars into HR system and Leave Portal system
- Update of medical leave in system
- Update of door access for new employees
- Liaise with building maintenance or IT support
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, detailed and meticulous
