Location: East
Responsibilities
- Signal cable tracing and termination.
- Rectify faults or provide workaround solution in order to get the meeting/conference room usable.
- Remove faulty AV equipment and send to service centre for repair.
- Troubleshoot systems and perform firmware updates to keep the equipment running smoothly.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks.
- Update service-request ticketing system daily.
- Stay in constant communication with Technical Manager.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics
- Experience with data network setup and configuration.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
