Conduct training within office or oversea support team.
Preparation and update of training materials
Prepare necessary guides for products for responsibility.
2nd level technical support to the AP region support team and Singapore market.
Guiding and mentoring new engineers.
Support vendors on technical matters
Creating actions/ideas for continuous improvement for the team
Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering.
3 – 5 years of field service experience
Servicing, repairs on medical equipment / devices.
Support on remote basis (need not travel to overseas)
