Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide pre & post sales support on product and solutions including network system
- On Site installations and commissioning co-ordination of supplied system and troubleshooting service system at clients’ premises
- To coordinate closely with project team to ensure fulfillment of network and technical aspects and support adhoc visits as allocated
- To trace and rectify and/or installation of network cable and to work with server platform i.e. Linux, Windows
Requirements
- Min Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
- Min. 1 year IT Knowledge in networking setup IPV4 / IPV6 with understanding of Wifi Technology, VLAN, LAN and WAN configuration
- Entry level candidates are welcome as training provided
- Possess good communication and coordination skill
