Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Management.
- Ensure efficient operations and management of the facilities within the property.
- Provide concierge service as well as attend to residents needs or enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Escalate service-related enquiries / feedback to the Management.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities and works of vendors and contractors and provide the Management with reports on vendor’s and contractors’ performance, quality and value of works when required.
- Communicate house rules and health & safety requirements to visitors and contractors.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and property and identify problematic facilities and report to the Management.
- Identify hazards and assess risk within the assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
