Location: East
Responsibilities
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service inspection, and preventive, and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE).
- Perform M&E repair and maintenance associated with building services.
- Carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities equipment and maintenance.
- Liaise and supervise the vendors/service providers on the repair or maintenance of facility-related issues.
- Provide facilities support and services to other departments.
- With hands-on experience required and willingness to work in an oil and grease working environment.
- Assist Senior Engineer, Coordinate and facilitate external service providers and internal customers.
- Complete all documentation for work performed, promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITE with Facility Management and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in OSHA and ISO requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
