$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day inspection, corrective, preventive maintenance on facilities and system including electrical, mechanical and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building
- Take monthly utilities meter readings on subsidiaries and tenant units
- Monitor and escort outsourced contractors in carrying out repair and maintenance works within Company’s premises
- Respond to emergency calls after office hours and weekends (e.g. power failures, water leaking)
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance
- Prepare, set up and operate all AV equipment in time for services and events
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, including assisting other facilities department team members
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Electrical / Facility Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
