5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution of breakdown and preventive maintenance activities assigned by Supervisor.
- Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
- Use of TPM tools and methodologies to improve machine’s reliability, reduce downtime and maintenance cost.
- Maintain adequate and orderly documentation as specified by the maintenance department procedure. SAP PM Module experience is an advantage.
- Purchase spare parts and maintain the part stores
- Execute machine installation and qualification together with OEM.
- Provide support to Facility equipment repair for electrical issues.
- Work with cross functional departments to resolve safety, quality and productivity related issues and improvement
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
