Full Time CBD, Central December 2, 2021 Admin & Customer Service - Facilities / M&E

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
MBFC (CBD)
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities

Coordinate with service vendors for delivery & performance
Manage daily operations regards to pest control , landscaping and facilities related
Work closely with teams to review and develop solutions and manage contract documentation
Provide support in payment , procurement and processing of invoices
Ensure maintenance and repairs of equipments are planned according to schedule
Provide support in updating monthly reports
Back up as receptionist when required

Requirements

Diploma in facilities management / Business or equivalent
Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management in Banks/ Financial institutions
Strong organizational skills and planning schedules
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
