Involved in facilities management
Conduct inspection works for the estates / buildings
Liaise with Contractors on the maintenance and upgrading works
Attend to feedbacks and enquiries
Identify defects
Implement improvement works
Calling of quotations
Issue of work orders
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering & Above
With experience in Estate management
Experience is not required
PC Literate
Training and guidance provided
