FACILITIES MANAGER ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: JK

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and provide guidance in adopting and implementing industrial best practice.
• Drive the facility team to exceed all prescribed KPIs and audit targets.
• Source, evaluate and manage the contracting of new facility contractors.
• Manage the Facilities Management budget and expenses.
• Lead in ad hoc projects such as new facility design and fit out.
• Manage and address feedbacks from internal users and government agencies.
• Propose and implement building sustainability initiatives to meet company sustainability targets.
• Responsible for the safety, health and wellbeing of the department staff and visitors to the department through effective safety leadership and compliance with the business Health and Safety Policy, standards, procedures and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in any Engineering discipline, Facilities/ Property Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good technical knowledge of building M&E services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
