Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance team.
- Ensure that a safe, reliable, and collaborative work environment is a top priority, and is managed effectively, maintained, and embraced by the entire organization, including contractors.
- Own daily operations meeting and drive compliance to the company Permit to Program. Be aware of all work being performed in factory, potential impact, and mitigating actions.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, equipment and building maintenance, grounds and landscaping maintenance, security operations, utilities hook-up and projects to support manufacturing and building operations.
- Manage contracts and providers for services including building maintenance, cleaning services, grounds and landscaping, site installations and manufacturing operations like chemical and gas management.
- Manage budget and understand operations and maintenance expenses including developing programs targeted to improve safety, quality, and costs.
- Review of operational and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance to Standards and Process Documents
- Be a key contributor in the Facilities disaster management and business recovery process.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, solar, or other similar manufacturing facilities is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
