Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all malls to provide support on daily operational and tenancy related matters
- Carry out operational audits to the malls, recommend and implement remedial plans, to maintain and meet the standards and expectations of stakeholders
- Familiar with the Singapore codes and regulations for the feasibility assessment of tenancy mix reconfiguration studies
- Lead the full scope of the tender processes of any tenders
- Support Centre Managers to track energy consumption in the malls and ensure energy saving measures are adhered to achieve its energy reduction targets
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations to optimize electricity consumption
- Drive and track sustainability goals and provide suggestion on necessary action as needed
- Keep abreast and updated on latest technology and sustainability developments and implement potential initiatives
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
