Responsibilities
- Review of operational and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance to Standards and Process Documents
- Ensure collaborative approach to facilities systems performance. Involve system engineers, technicians, and operators in day-to-day operations and alarm management/response.
- Develop and implement programs targeted to improve safety, quality, and cost.
- Drive improvements in preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Proactively identify improvements and drive use of information systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize existing databases for coordinating and tracking work.
- Research and evaluate latest industry trends. Implement and share best practices in maintenance execution. Work effectively across organizations and sites to promote best practice sharing.
- Be a key contributor in the Facilities disaster management and business recovery process.
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in semiconductor, solar, or other similar manufacturing facilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
