FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Be responsible to support lease activities and facilities management in the region
• Perform Business Analytics for overseas to identify Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats with reasonable recommendation on path forward.
• Ensure all involved region and Company data/documentation is up to date and accurate.
• Develop an annual plan for the implementation of yearly objectives and a 3-year financial forecast.
• Monitor budget for the region and to identify gaps in spending. Implement invoices tracking system.
• Enhance continued development of the hard and soft services strategy, ensuring appropriate SLA’s and KPI’s are developed and implemented.
• Develop an annual procurement Programme aligned to the Facilities Master Plan
• Provide continued support and advice to the business on matters relating to buildings mechanical,

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience of managing Facilities at multiple sites in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
