Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage the building facilities through the implementation of preventive and corrective programmes and ensure that maintenance works are carried out in accordance to service agreements
- Manage term or ad-hoc service contracts in a timely manner
- Ensure tenants’ requests are attended to in a timely manner and service charges are billed correctly
- Manage tenancy fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works and ensure compliance with building and statutory requirements as well as to provide technical support to Leasing team on tenant’s request
- Assist to prepare annual building budget, manage capital expenditure and other related expenses
- Implement sustainability initiatives such as World Water Day, Earth Hour and to ensure proper execution and meeting green standards
- Ensure fire safety measures and workplace health and safety requirements are complied with government regulations
- Assist to implement sustainability performance and digitization of building operations
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities & Building Management and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of building management system, building plans, regulatory requirements & code of building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
