FACILITIES EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: KY

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Facilities Upkeep and Maintenance: Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of  centres, initiating corrective actions when necessary to maintain the centre’s branding, performance and capabilities.
• Operational Guidelines: Establish control and operational guidelines for facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. Regular communication of guidelines company-wide and ensure staff adhere to them.
• Facilities Project Management: Plan, coordinate and oversee projects related to setting up a new branch or renovating existing facilities.
• Onboarding Support for Staff: Provide support for onboarding processes, including laptop setup, technical assistance, and guidance on company platforms used for HR, workplace communication, and other essential functions for new employees.
• User Support: Ensure staff receive timely and effective technical support.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure that systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to meet needs.
• Financial Management: Manage expenditures related to facilities and IT, address operational and administrative issues, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to track and control costs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of facilities and IT management principles and best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
