$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, in-house technical staff, contractors, building management to resolve facilities issues.
- Supervise contractors work performance and ensure high safety standards are adhered to.
- Provide technical support to site supervisors and technicians
- Timely respond to emergency calls in respect to facilities breakdown.
- Responsible for project budgeting, purchasing and cost control.
- Prepare monthly site management reports and ensure all servicing entered into contract management system is accurate and appropriate.
- Ensure that the customer has signed on the maintenance reports.
- Use of computer and appropriate computer software
Requirements
- Diploma in related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
