$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- In charge of Facilities Management matters for building.
- Lead a team of technician and monitor the facilities maintenance related activities.
- Manage maintenance works. Ensure that vendors cover all their servicing items as scheduled.
- Be proficient in handling complaints with good knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attend to fault calls. track, analyse and report fault calls statistic.
- Manage Client relationship, internal and external.
- Coordinate and communicate among internal team.
- Preparation of minutes of meeting, management report, calling for quotation, preparation of quotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
