$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Monitor outsource and lead in-house team in cleaning and maintenance facility management.
- Conduct monthly Facilities Management Review with service partners/vendors to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
- Ensure efficiency of facilities management in cleaning services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, water services, electrical and fire services, etc.
- Promoting healthy and safe working methods and practices in the workplace.
- Investigate, develop, and implement solutions, trouble shoot on day-to-day operational problems of facilities and building.
- Reviews work orders/service report to ensure that order/service are completed.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- All other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
