Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with Complex Companies to meet operational requirements.
- Synchronize work arrangements with internal and external service providers and ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently to support business operations.
- Source and evaluate service providers/vendors/contractors for goods and services, prepare justifications for management approval and contract management.
- Maintain systematic and accurate filing of records and files.
- Coordinate activities based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS651 requirements.
- Involved in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives including secretariat support in WSH Committee, manage risk assessments and coordinate safety suggestions and near-misses update.
- Provide secretariat support to ad hoc committees and work groups.
- Provide operational support during Plant Shutdown Maintenance once every two years.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health practices and ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
