Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
- Oversee and manages cleaning and soft service operations on site. Ensure positive work experience for all users.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all cleaning procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
- Requests building and housekeeping services as needed.
- Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition.
- Arranges equipment service as needed
- Raise work order for PO
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services when required
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of managing facilities coordination is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
