Responsibilities
- Manage all shipping matters (Import & Export).
- Co-ordinate with internal Customers from both local & global offices on their requirements ,and provide advice on shipping procedures.
- Monitor shipments to ensure processing is done on schedule to avoid additional storage & handling cost.
- Monitor, liaise & process renewal of IDA Licence/Customs Giro for GST.
- Source with Panel Agents for export needs.
- Review rates with official handlers.
- Assist Manager to source and process for Shipping.
- Ensure all invoices are processed accordingly.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics management.
- Min 3 years of Shipping Management experience.
- Good in Microsoft Office & SAP Inventory System.
- Knowledge with INCOTERMS (shipping) Operations is a plus.
