Location: East
Responsibilities
- Develop acquisition promotions or campaigns to recruit new term members
- Assist in the processing of new membership applications and transfer applications
- Assist to handle membership enquiries and conduct orientation tour to welcome new members
- Ensure that members’ database and filing system are updated and accurate
- Supervise the resolution of members’ complaints and feedback
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly membership reports
- Assist the General Manager in any day-to-day operations with regards to members’ database management for operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate in gathering of content for production of weekly members’ EDM
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Certification with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) proficient. Knowledge in Canva or other design software is advantageous
- Service Oriented, Pleasant Disposition and a Team Player
- Systematic and conscientious with deliverables
