Location: East
Responsibilities
- Define the scope of the project, determine the resources required and develop a schedule
- Review, prepare presentation decks and execute the project.
- Set up files to ensure all project information is appropriately documented an updated
- Propose and advise clients on merchandise design, material and costs.
- Source and compare for the most cost effective supplier/s and negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor and ensure production timeline and delivery dates are in accordance to project timeline
- Compile and review costings (ie: Compile raw data into proposal budgeting purposes)
Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Event/Hotel & Hospitality/Marketing Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Exhibition/Events is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
