$5K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Provide event consultancy, overall project and stakeholders’ management including event planning, management and execution
• Lead and guide assigned project team members to ensure seamless delivery of assigned projects/events.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the event, ensuring smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
• Provide event advice and solutions to stakeholders,
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
• Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
• Provide speakers liaison and management
• Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup

Requirements

• Min 3 years event management experience
• Digital/ Hybrid event co-ordination and management
• Able to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Good project management skills
