$6K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• You will participate in the new implementation and deployment process of ERP system, planning and evaluating the company’s financial system infrastructure needs.
• You will responsible for the security and integrity of financial data in the ERP system, and develop data backup and recovery strategies.
• You will use ERP systems to generate various financial statements and analysis data to provide the management with decision support and strategic recommendations.
• You will assist in planning and evaluating the company’s financial system infrastructure needs, including hardware, software, and network requirements.
• You will assist to internal user training, help colleagues to familiar with the EPR system.
• You will coordinate with system engineers to write the script and test for the results.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or computer-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in O&M support of ERP system (Oracle Netsuite First) sales, procurement and finance-related modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
