- Product Transfer – New or existing products.
- Production Line Set-up, Line Balancing.
- Manufacturing Procedures preparation and maintenance.
- Achieve Manufacturing First Pass Yield targets.
- Perform Failure Analysis and implement corrective and/or preventive measures.
- Ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance / Calibration.
- Implement Continuous Process Improvement projects.
- Training to Production Operators and Line Leaders.
- Instrument Calibration Activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical /Electronics / Mechanical.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Achieve Manufacturing First Pass Yield targets.
