Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monitoring of servers, systems & networks in an environment requiring 24 X 7
- Provides escalation point for all system generated events/alerts and user generated incidents.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures in response to system alerts and routine tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Perform tasks as defined in the NOC Shift Report.
- Testing and evaluating possible enhancements to monitoring solutions
- Deploying tools and systems to manage and monitor IT environments fulfilling requirements from internal or external parties
Requirements
- ITE/ Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support & Monitoring and ITIL Foundation V3
- Experienced with monitoring tools & service desk system
