• Meet sales target and business visits every quarter.
• Conduct Site Survey and tabulation of Bill of Quantities.
• Required to achieve sales target set by Management every quarter.
• Promote all company’s services and products in and not limit to the scope of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,
Sanitary, Pipeline Solutions, Civil, Structural, Engineering and etc.
• Maintain or develop good relationship for all the clients that the company has entrusted to them.
• Required to submit all costing sheet to Management with stated budget/margin/subcontractor agreement
clearly prior to generation of quotation.
• All quotations has to be generated through SAP
• Source, engage and manage supplier(s) / vendor(s) / subcontractor(s).
• Every enquiry to be quoted within stipulated time frame.
• Prompt follow up with client(s) and receiver of Purchase Order / Letter or Award / Contract and covert the
‘Sales Quotation’ to ‘Sales Order’ with Project Schedule Number indicated.
• Exercising pre-planning and value engineering are vital and required for each project.
• Close monitoring of project progress and ensure expenses are within the budget.
• Submission of progress claim before 25th of each month or stipulated to the client(s)
• Attend any meetings required.
• Full compliance to Standard Operating Procedures
Degree in any discipline
With 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Able to travel overseas when required
